Vacationist. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Reservations and Payments:
- To make a reservation, guests must be at least 25 years of age.
- Payments for reservations must be made through the provided payment gateway on our
website. - A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change and do not include local taxes, service fees, or additional
charges. - Any cancellation or modification requests must be made through our website or by
contacting our support team.
House Rules:
- No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Unregistered guests are not permitted. If you need to add a guest, please contact us.
- Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Keep outdoor noise levels to a minimum and observe quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00
AM. - Respect check-in and checkout times.
- Take care of your keys; any lost key will incur a replacement fee.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house.
- Trash bins are on the alley side of the driveway and are labeled for trash or recycling.
- No illegal substances of any kind are allowed on the premises.
- The property is not suitable for children and infants. Please contact us for more
information. - Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock is present on the property.
- Security devices are in use, including a Ring doorbell and a camera over the garage
outside. A carbon monoxide alarm and a smoke alarm are also installed. - Please treat the property with care and respect, as you would your own home.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refunds are provided for cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in
date. - If you cancel within 30 days of your check-in date, a refund is only available if we are
able to re-book the property for the same period. - No refunds are available for early departures.
